For each transfer transaction, we set the reference time. Each transfer is recorded in the Finance Record under Transaction in Merchant Cabinet (opens new window). It is possible to jump to the same day's transaction detail record.
We will always have zero tolerance for the security of our transfers. So please feel free to contact customer service for any amount doubts. We will keep this as our highest priority and assist in resolving it.
IEPay bears all charges incurred with the bank in settling the transfer. It does not charge the merchant any fees for the transfer.
